Finger tips -answer: What are these bruises? This could be a circulation problem. Do your fingers change color in the cold? These could be blood clots. The skin peeling could be "mechanics hands". This can be seen is certain muscle problems. Also certain skin rashes can do this. You need to see your doctor and have him or her have you see a rheumatologist.
