Antidepressant Rx: You should review your ten year history of taking antidepressants together with your psychiatrist. You and your situation are no longer the same as they were ten years ago. Perspiration is a relatively common unpleasant side effect of antidepressants. My best advice for you is to have a new full psychiatric evaluation today so that you may be offered different treatment options. Best wishes.
