A member asked:

I am 22nd week pregnant. but the growth of my baby is showing 3 weeks shorter. is this a case of dwarf.

Possibly : The typical margin of error of u/s at 22 weeks is ten days. If a baby measures outside that margin, and your dates are correct, then conditions that would cause a significantly smaller baby must be considered. The conditions range from chromosome abnormalities to dwarfism to other less serious conditions. This is something to discuss with your OB doctor and/or maternal fetal medicine.
