Yes: There are no drug-drug interactions listed for fluoxetine & phentermine; however Phentermine can elevate bp, exacerbate glaucoma, cause agitation & should be used with caution if use caffeine or allergy meds w/ decongestant. Fluoxetine also tends to stimulate after one has been using it a while. So added potential for aggitation. Ask doc if have further questions.
