Can a kidney stone cause rectal bleeding?

No: I can not think of any way that a kidney stone could result in rectal bleeding. They involve 2 separate organ symptoms. It's more likely you have something in your GI tract like gastritis or hemorrhoids. See your doctor.

No: The urinary tract is entirely separate from the rectum. A different source of bleeding should be suspected, such as ulcers, hemorrhoids, or colon lesions if there is blood from the rectum.

Kidney stone: No a kidney stone should not cause rectal bleeding. A kidney stone can cause blood in the urine. If you have rectal bleeding it may be related to benign hemorrhoids. However you should see your doctor to make sure that it is not related to other causes benign or malignant.
