See your. Doctor: Unless you somehow missed getting your standard childhood vaccinations measles is not likely. There are many viral infections that can cause measle like rashes. Allergic drug reactions also can cause similar rashes. Potentially the rash and your liver disease may or may not be related. In any case you need to see your pcp or dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.
