Question is unclear: Do you mean that foreskin has retracted behind the glans (head of penis) & can not be returned. This would be paraphimosis & an emergency. If so, go to nearest hospital emergency room. If foreskin is tight & not retractable (phimosis) then see a urologist. Urgency will depend upon presence of pain, discomfort.
