A member asked:

What weight should i be 47 age. 6'2.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: At 6'2", 195 lb would give you a normal body mass index of 25.0. Bmi however doesn't take gender into account. Men carry more muscle mass then women therefore a weight of 200-210 lb in a lean male may also be appropriate. Consider most elite body builders are considered over weight based on standard bmi scales. Obviously, this is not the case as they have body fats as low as 3-5%. Hope that helps.
