Yesterday I woke up with diarrhoea and painful stomach cramps. Throughout the day, I developed muscle aches all over (flu-like) and went quite dizzy. Could it be the norovirus? My symptoms have improved today (no longer achey or dizzy).
Is there any way of knowing if someone is still contagious from the stomach flu? Every strain is different and some are contagious for longer?
Is it safe to take Zofran with the stomach flu before vomiting starts? Does it make the flu worse or last longer?
