A member asked:

Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to any type of facial filler treatment?

Yes: Facial fillers have lots of additives and chemicals that can trigger both allergic dermatitis and irritant dermatitis. There is very little good about using facial fillers and long term side effects tend to be more common than thought.

Generally No: They do not require any skin testing with the newer fillers so an allergic reaction is very rare.

Very unlikely: Always possible but rare with new fillers.
