There are many genetic or inherited conditions that can lead to high cholesterol and or high triglycerides. It is important to see a doctor who understands these conditions, (lipidologist) report an accurate family history and have any children screened also . Also, it is important to find out if there is a family history of premature (early in life) heart disease. Info: www.Learnyourlipids.Com.
