when should i get a period after a d and c and a tumor removal?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Natarajan Raman
32 years experience Radiation Oncology
Within 1-2 cycles: D&c removes the lining of the uterus, the lining must build back up. Your next menstrual period may begin earlier or later than usual if the hormonal factors are otherwise normal.
