Generalized rash: There are many causes of itchy rashes. Raised itchy red bumps that come and go on any part of the body and resolve leaving the skin looking normal again is suggestive of hives. Unfortunately, it is difficult to diagnose rashes without seeing them. Take a photo and see your physician or dermatologist. Frequently with one look, they know what is is and what to do about it.
