What does it mean?: It means you should see your doctor. Your question is only the beginning of the diagnostic process, not the end. This does not sound like neuropathy or impending stroke, but the possible causes range from benign to very serious. You need to see a live doctor who can take a thorough history & perform an appropriately focused physical exam.
