Tough to say: You need to see a dr. And get a good clinical exam and posible lab work. Swollen lymph glands/nodes can be benign and caused by chronic underlying allergies, to something serious yet less likely including lymphoma. See the dr. And get the proper exam and tests done to assure yourself the proper diagnosis and cause of your condition. Good luck to you.
