Work up: If u have been trying to conceive,i.e. having unprotected intercourse,for 1 year without conceiving,it is time to begin an infertility work-up to answer this question.U can start with using an ovulation predictor kit to see if u r ovulating.U probably r if your periods are regular. There is also the possibility of male factor infertility so a sperm count is a good idea. Discuss this with a GYN.
