Not likely: This could actually be several different things. It could a collection of fat called a lipoma, it could be a sebaceous cyst which happens when a hair follicle gets plugged. It could also be an infection. Depending on where it is, it could possibly be something that needs medical attention. You would be encouraged to have a doctor look at it to tell you exactly what it is.
