TIME DOES NOT MATTER: For the most accurate bbts, take your temp before getting out of bed, even if it is 4am, if possible. Once you move around, your body temp. Heats up. Taking your temp. At the same time does not matter, only that there is a period of at least 4 hours at bed rest. Also, use only a glass thermometer. Digital thermometers are not accurate enough for bbts.
