i have heart disease and extremely large breasts what can i do to shrink my breasts safely without surgery or is that my only option?

Weight loss: If you are overweight then weight loss is your best option. Breast reduction surgery is very popular and effective.

No magic solution: Losing weight often disproportionately removes bulk from the breasts, but not reliably. If they are extremely large surgery is the only real solution. Your heart disease will need eval prior to surg.
