U might need glasses: The most common cause for fuzzy night vision is a refractive error - meaning you might need glasses. Many people who see well during the day may notice that they do not see as well at night. It is harder to read street signs if you are a little far sighted or near sighted or if you have astigmatism. A check for glasses may help. A less common reason is retinitis pigmentosa. Get your eyes checked.
