See a doctor: Condoms do not protect you from all types of infection, but they are effective at protecting from HIV and hepatitis. What you're experiencing could be something serious, and prompt medical evaluation is indicated. Herpes does not usually cause swollen glands alone, and it is not a common reason for bleeding after sex.
