Possible: If you're having difficulty conceiving please discuss with your ob/gyne. However, many women with pcos can go on to have healthy pregnancies, some with and some without treatment. Increased risks for complications during pregnancy for women with pcos. Please make sure to obtain anticipatory guidance from ob/gyne before getting pregnant.
