I've got small pimples on my lips what is it and what can i do to get rid of the?

Fordyce spots?: These sound like Fordyce spots, which are slightly enlarged sebaceous glands visible through the thin skin of the vermilion (red part of lip). They are of no concern (other than appearance) and do not indicate disease state or problem. Squeezing will not get rid of them. In doubt? See a dermatologist.
