About 8 1/2 weeks: We calculate pregnancy length from the first day of your most recent period. If your period started about january 1st, then you would be 8 1/2 weeks pregnant. That holds if you ovulated at the normal time. An ultrasound with your doctor can help tell for sure. Get some prenatal care as soon as you can. Congratulations!
