Different: Acetaminophen or tylenol (acetaminophen) or paracetamol in parts of the world is pain killer and debt reducer like motrin. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is metabolize by liver and Motrin by kidney. Also Motrin has an anti inflam property to help reduce swelling.
