I have rheumatoid arthritis, and for a few months now my white cell count is lowering, currently at 3.7 and neutrophils at 0.94, should i be concerned?

See MD: Autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are a frequent cause of low WBC (leukopenia). Treatments for RA can also lower wbc. Follow up with your treating rheumatologist.

Maybe: The white count can be low due todd's for RA or the disease itself but the fact that your neutrophil count is less than 1.0 can put you at risk for infection. Would repeat CBC and if still low rec a hematology eval for possible meds to increase your WBC count.
