Mid cycle bleeding: Mid cycle bleeding can be normal, caused by hormone shifts at ovulation. Other causes could be a polyp on the cervix, an infection, missing birth control pills for instance. If it happens once and there are no other problems i usually recommend watching. But if there are any other problems get seen.
