Non insured breast r: Your best option is to call the u of i dept of plastic surgery. Set up appointment with the chief resident. Fees are much reduced. Best of luck.

You should qualify : Thru medicaid. I would be surprised if the plastic surgery training program at indiana u wouldn't help you. Residents do good work and will take good care of you.
