Wrong pain: Constipation pain is usually diffuse or more left sided. You should be examined by a dr to be sure the rlq pain is not something significant. The lack of bm issue may be the trigger, or it could be secondary to a different problem. Get seen, probably er best, as can do ct scan if indicated.
