You Can: Head and shoulders typically has selenium sulfide in it which has a different mechanism of action that Nizoral (ketoconazole-an antifungal). These topicals are typically used to treat seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff. Because each works differently, you may get more of an affect using both. Good luck!
