Coital cephalgia: Go to see your doctor and discuss this issue with your doctor.You need to get imaging study to your head to make sure there is nothing else causing your severe headache. If there is nothing else explaining the headache- then it is most likely coital cephalgia.Try decrease the intensity of your sexual activity for awhile, exercise and weight loss can help, medication like b-blocker, nsaids can help.
