A balanced diet: Seek guidance from a regestered nutritionist. In general, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables-, with reasonable portions of carbohydrates and non-anmal fats. Stay away from caffeine and too much sweets. Until you get help from a nutritionist, get information about the food pyramid, and follow those recommendations.
