See your GYN: Differential diagnosis is pregnancy, menopause, annovulation or other hormonal imbalances. If your pregnancy test is negative, then you should have a hormonal study to determine if your ovaries and pituitary gland are working normal. Either you are not producing an egg in the ovary, or the hormones responsible for creating the egg stimulation are absent.
