Tubal ligation 1st?: This is a very important question. Hopefully you have your tubes tied or your husband had a vasectomy. An endometrial ablation does not decrease your ability to get pregnant. Pregnancies after ablations are very dangerous with very poor outcomes. Pregnancy after ablation should be avoided. If you do not have a method of permanent sterilization please use condoms and see your doctor.
