Possible UTI: If you are having frequent urination with significant urgency and blood in urine you could have a uti. An std is also possible, if you had unprotected sex (your iud doesn't protect you from stds). See your doctor, they can quickly diagnose and treat a uti. Also you could have them check for an std. Please practice safe sex and use protection.
