Chronic tiredness: Has dozens of possible causes: hypothyroid, sleep apnea, diabetes (uncontrolled), caffeine, stress, poor physical condition, anemia, infection, bad teeth, medications (antihistamines for allergy, BP meds, etc) etc. See fp for good history & physical, basic lab, possible sleep study as starting points.
