Need a GYN evaluatn: Difficult to diagnose lesions without seeing them or taking a biopsy. Given your myriad of symptoms, you should seek an evaluation by a gynecologist to check out all of your symptoms. They may not be related to one another. Sometimes with mirena, (levonorgestrel) irregular bleeding can occur, and can be treated with a short course of estrogen prescribed by your doctor after getting an exam.
