Talk to doctors: 1st, check w/ a physician. If s/he can't find a reason, s/he'll likely refer you to a neurologist. Conditions like seizure disorders can produce symptoms like those you describe. If no doc can find physical basis for your symptoms, consult a clinical neuropsychologist. Neuropsychologists use tests that can be more sensitive to neurological conditions than neurologists' exams, brain scans, etc.
