Yes: Swimming laps is good exercise but not for everyone. Pool aerobics/exercises give good workout, burn calories, don't stress ankles/ hips/knees. Just couple with sensible diet of lean protein, good fats, low glycemic carbs, low-fat dairy, whole grains, portion control.
