Possible panic sx: This sounds uncomfortable and even scary. Anything that makes you feel you can't leave the house (called agoraphobia) is critical to address. Panic disorders can lead to racing heart rates and light headedness. This is very treatable with cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) and/or medications. Call your doctor today for an evaluation & ask about how a cbt referral near you might help.
