Can you have regular period after implantation? can you explain why or why not? because i think i have an implantation but i have no type of cramp

No: You can have bleeding at time of implantation, but i would not call this a "regular period." the reason is because the hormones produced by the corpus luteum (follicle) prevent you from having a regular period. Presence or absence of cramps does not indicate exactly what's going on.
