Could be normal: The clinical significance of this is unclear, however if it resolves and does not come back soon, i would not consider it a sign of anything dangerous. I recommend evaluation by a gynecologist if the pain continues. Possibilities are too many to name here, but they include soft tissue injury, urinary tract causes, endometriosis, ovarian or uterine mass/cyst, and more.
