Multiple causes: Dyspaneuria (pain with sex) should be evaluated as there are multiple causes for this (including infection, cervical problems, and ovarian problems). See your doctor. One might need a pelvic exam, pap smear, and cultures done. Sometimes if a doctor has a microscope, a sample of the vaginal discharge can be obtained and quickly looked at under microscopy.
