Many: There are many treatments available for erectile dysfunction. Oral medications (called pde-5 inhibitors) are first line therapy. If those fail (and some men respond to different oral meds so trying others is not a bad idea), the next line of therapies include vacuum erection devices, urethral suppository, injection therapy. Lastly, implantation of penile prosthesis is recommended for some men.

Lots of options: Besides sildenafil, other oral agents include tadalafil (cialis), vardenafil (levitra & staxyn) & Avanafil (stendra). Alprostadil can be placed inside your penis via your urethra (pee hole) (muse) or injected into your penis (caverject (alprostadil) & edex). Alprostadil can also be mixed w/some proprietary agents by private practices & compounding pharmacies. Advantage of Alprostadil is use w/nitrates.
