Yes: Pregnancy can occur while taking the pill. You should take a pregnancy test to be sure. Some women will skip a period occasionally on the pill - still a pregnancy test is a good idea. The period may become very light on the pill - it is considered normal if you have any bleeding at all during the time taking the placebo pills. If you have had no bleeding at all for three cycles, see your doctor.
