Sex selection: The gender of your baby is determined by which sperm fertilizes the egg. The characteristics of x sperm (female) and y sperm (male) overlap considerably. There is no reliable way to determine baby's gender by timing intercourse: you may only slightly shift the statistical chance of a boy or a girl.
