No: You can't be pregnant without sex or other placement of sperm in your vagina. Some pills will give you very light periods. If you are concerned call your doctor.

No, IF....: If you were having periods before you started the pills, you have been taking the pills regularly for two months and really have not had intercourse in 6 months, then it is extremely unlikely you are pregnant.

Not likely : If you think you might be pregnant then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. It seems incredibly unlikely since you are on the pill and have not had sex in 6 months. Without having intercourse you can not get pregnant.
