Careful w/ intake: In general it's important to keep your water intake high, 64 oz's per day. Avoid drinks with alot of salt and potassium, like diet drinks. Watch your intake of highly processed foods and simple sugars. Watch how much table salt you eat also. In some cases kidneys r inv. So keep protein below 200g/day.
