Two problems: Outside the world of pregnancy, white discharge and being late for a period are typically caused by 2 different problems. Pregnancy is only one of many reasons to be late for your menses, and none of them are emergent. How quickly you should be evaluated depends on what your contraception/fertility goals are currently, how bothersome this discharge is, and your medical history.
