Cyst: It could be a sebaceous cyst or epidermal inclusion cyst. This normally needs to be removed by surgical excision. It can also be treated with incision and drainage or a steroid injection can be used to shrink the cyst (but it can keep recurring). Surgical excision would be definitive.
